"My handshake with Peace"
Our feets brush by each other, without
Our lips paying homage to another.
Strifes and bitterness load our hearts
like huge black rocks against each other.
I wish we know peace.
For peace settles all amicably
Our people turn away from each other
Tribes bent on decimating tribes
Dashed lines and quarrels pour
Like rain and fill the whole earth
I wish we could know peace
For peace is a lover of all
For extra land and maritime boundary
Or the feel of an extra coin on cold hands
Nations march lovers of fire against other
And bullets pass their ripping messages
leaving blood,destruction in their wake.
I wish we could know peace
For peace fosters unity.
Peace is a sincere settler,
Making all lives live joyfully
Cleansing the black parts of our hearts
and refining our souls to be pure.
Peace is the way forward for
It's brothers are-
Unity,sincerity, tolerance and pure love
Who all stretch our worlds to a better place.
