THE PRINCESS AND THE POOR BOY

The princess of Rudor was an expensive to cook. Not only the soup was costly, the ingredients were hard to get. This was the believe of the young men in Rudor town. Many had tried to lure her into marriage but, she turned them down almost instantly.

But, the princess loved a poor boy who was an orphan. They used to walk through the village to the stream, much to the dismay of the rich and influential young guys in the town. They would grimace and hurl abusive words on the lovers. This went on everyday but the princess was not fazed, she believed they had their decisions to make.

Their love seemed blessed by the gods. Whenever they walked to the stream, it would rain. Some loved their union while a lot detested it.

One very day beside the stream, the boy was attacked with a spear that was left right in his heart. However, his blood never left the spot. He remained there. When the princess arrived, she cried her eyes out, every drop forming with the former until they flowed to touch the boy's blood.

Instantly, a red sword formed from the union of the princess's tears and the boy's blood. It swung round the town putting everyone behind the boy's death to death.

The look of the day became red, the whole town shook with fear. Most of the inhabitants had followed the red sword back to the stream, they saw as it decompose back to blood.

Surprisingly, the spear thrust in the boy broke down to pieces. The boy gasped for breathe, he coughed invariably. The princess was both surprised and delighted, so was the boy and the people around the scene.

Exuberance took the reins of the atmosphere. Right on that spot, they were married and lived very happily thereafter.

The first paragraph and many others need to be properly edited (spell check, missing words, tense usage, etc).
