Just like a Chinese bamboo seed buried in the ground
With every other seed buried next to it
I became patient like Job
Believing I will grow
In the first year
Others sprouted up
Mine too did
But was very low
Day and night passed
It was two years
Others grew larger
But mine looked the same size as its first year
The third year arrived
Others became even bigger
I remained my size
Believing I will grow
Everyone became tired of me
Badmouthing my existence
Some left me for the other trees
While others lost faith in me
I became as patient as Job
Enduring the trials
Keeping the faith
Still believing
In my fourth year
I was mocked
Told to uproot the plant
I didn't listen but stood patient
Everyone began glad with the other trees
Leaving me to water my plant
I knew I'd be rise
I knew I'd grow
Day and night passed
And it was five years
In six weeks
I became ninety feet in height
Now, the ones who mocked me
Stare at me in surprise
Those who left me
Look up to me
Never stop watering and fertilizing your ideas
It might look dormant
As though nothing coming out of it
Nevertheless, stay focused
Just like the Chinese bamboo tree
A remarkable growth can take place in a staggering manner
Within a short period of time
Remember its six weeks in its fifth year

Nice! The two 'its' in S12L5 should be 'it's'.
