RESPECT

Respect is the desire of everybody's mind,
But is given not to those who are kind .

It can't be enforced but earned,
Unfortunately in the hard way, I learned.

Respect when given to all,
It's reputation will never fall.

Respect is reciprocal they say,
When others leave, it will stay.

Respect is given to those, who it,
And not given to those who are unfit for a bit.

I'll give whoever earns it,
Respect without a wit.

Respect is like a long run,
Which remains with us like the brightness of sun .

Respect is a fuel of life,
Without which a person can't work rife.
