I woke up to see myself surrounded by white walls I thought I was in heaven till I saw my aunt crying beside me.I had mistakenly burnt her expensive cloth she walked into the room, seeing the burnt cloth she slapped me carried the iron and pressed it on my back.

Your dad was very wicked said aunty oge to me. I can never forget the day I came to your house at the age of seventeen. He stopped me at the door and asked for my permission letter he said I didn't call neither did I wrote a letter addressed to him that I would be coming. I didn't know what to say,I myself asked if I needed permission to visit my own blood sister beside I told your mum before coming to visit you people. He sent me out of his house your mum wasn't around and I didn't know my way around Lagos. I called your mum's friend and she gave me the direction to her house. I got to a place in festac, I tried calling your mums friend but her number wasn't going through. I saw a man sitting on a bench, I greeted him and showed him the address begging him to direct me that I was lost. He asked me to come into his house so that I could wait for him to take his bath and dress up that he would take me to the place. I had no option cause I was lost. When we got in he locked the door asked me to sit down and went into his room he offered me water. The only thing I could remember was that I woke up surrounded with my own blood. I had lost my virginity at the age of seventeen because of your dad. It pained me so much that whenever I see you I remembered the past. I got up and left his house crying. Luck was on my side, I saw aunty peace your mum's friend why I was standing at 3rd avenue. She asked me what the matter was I told her what happened and she had to to rush me to the hospital . I would forever be greatful to her . I was so toched that an extended relative could welcome me with open hands even without informing her on time that I would be coming" this made me cry more she said. She asked me to stop crying and told me all would be fine.
My aunt cleaned the tears in her eyes holding my hands gently she said, "I am sorry I shouldn't have punished you for what you know nothing about, please forgive me ". I had know words to say all I could do was smile. I smiled not because she apologized but I got the answer to why she had being hostile to me.
