"You are your own limitation", a young lady in her early twenties stood in the midst of the ss3 student of Grace-well Academy. "My name is miss Tolu" she continued, I became an orphan when I was in 200 level. After by second semester exam, I decided to go back home for my long vacation I called my dad for days but his number wasn't going through I decided to call my Aunt to find out if she has heard from him. She picked my call and asked me to spend the holiday with her. I was so surprised cause unlike her she would have given me thousands of reasons why I shouldn't come. I thanked her and told her I would be coming to her house the next day. I asked after my Dad and why his number isn't going through, she said he's fine and that he misplaced his phone.
I decided to travel that night so as to get there in the morning, our bus arrived in Lagos at about 5am. I took a bus to my aunt's house in Ijesha. Everywhere was quite the door was opened, I walked into the house my aunt was was sitting on the chair crying and lamenting "Jide why do you have to go now aye mi(my life)" . I moved closely to her "what happened to dad? She was surprised to see me how did you get in? Don't tell me is what I am thinking, tears began to fall from my eyes you would be fine she Said. I didn't want to disturb you since you where writing your exam.
I had to go back to school I sold clothes just to survive lucky for me after school, I got to meet a woman who forgot her purse at dad shop while i was on my first semester break, I returned the purse to her and she thanked me. she said I had good recommendation and gave me a job and that's how I got to the position I am. I cleaned the tears that had already formed in my eyes "never ever underestimate yourself I told them never give up you are your own limitation".
