Walking down the isle of my heart,

In this dark, a knife can cut through,

An apology weave to plait,

I know not how, I have no clue.

A potion of sincerity and honesty,

Burned from the crevices of my being,

My humble offering to Her Majesty,

Saying sorry as I bend my knee.

I can say this all night long,

I can put it in a poem or in a song,

I am just a mere mortal,

Accept my offering through your portal.

Coursing through the routes of my veins,

On a chariot with love reins,

To the kingdom where care reigns,

My heart sat in pains.

Singing as the horse galloped and neighed,

I hope she hears melody of my heart,

For she is the measure at which my being is weighed,

I sang for her as she sat.

The stars were so beautiful and identical,

But one was an outstanding 'star'.

The stars had no blemish and that one was without a scar.

Stars shine in the dark, so that one was put in a jar.

Its glowing light set the jar ablaze, and its sheen was seen afar.

That star is you, that jar is me and together we'll have no mar.
