While he drank, he noticed the teacher looked at him with affection, truth be told, he knew that Mr Sam loved him. And at that moment, he felt bad, having hiding his story from him. He made a deliberate sneeze, just in case, Mr sam would say something but he didn't. He stood up, cleared his throat and dipped his left hand in his pocket.

''Sir''
''You want to take your leave? '' Mr Sam cut in
''No sir, I want to tell you something sir''
'Then sit Parker, please sit''

He sat, bending his body such that his head tilted forwards, he looked around severally before he started his story. He told everything about his parents from the first leaf to the last, he didn't add anything, his father's wickedness was enough complexity, so it didn't need an addition.

The teacher heaved a deep sigh. But he didn't forget to smile, that was his signature. His nick was Mr smile, given by the students after a close watch of his behavior. He brought Elvis close as if they were having a tete-a-tete, whispered some words to him and he nodded periodically. He thanked Mr Sam, waved at him and left for the classroom.

He went home straight after closing, hopping on his feet and he took runs at intervals until he was home. He opened the door and saw his mother in the living room, he just starred at her without saying a word. His mother frowned at him in a way he hated and then he realised he hadn't greeted her. He quickly prostrated and his mother laughed, he joined her too, standing up to take a seat beside her. He rested his head on her shoulder.

''Mum? ''
'' yes, my son''
''We need to talk''
''About what? ''
''Whom actually Mir!, tell me about father, was he always like this? ''

His mum was surprised about this, she raised his head from her shoulder, hugged him and wept. She then made him seat facing her while Elvis rubbed her face with his hands.

''Your father was a responsible man, caring and obviously handsome too "

She smiled , "you look like him"

Elvis grunted, his mum smiled again and tapped him on his shoulder

"He worked at a bottling company and his promotion was fast, he was diligent. He represented the company home and abroad and was mistaken by many as a major shareholder. But, the company soon got into the hands of swindlers and because he was in charge of the project, he was accused for planning the whole thing. He was not only sacked, he was stripped of the money he had earned, the car and house he was given by the company"

This time, Elvis was in tears so ,his mother brought him close.

"You were barely two, he even got locked for months and when he was released, i received a call that he was found beside the road. I brought him home, unknown to me he had taken to alcohol. This, he's done to this day. We had to move here after all that happened"

Elvis cried the more. His mother brought him closer and buried his head on her chest. She slid her hands through his head while he cried, she managed to fight back her own tears too. She continued to caress his head until he slept.

Apart from the obvious punctuation errors, there seems to be a disconnect between Elvis' tete-a-tete with Mr. Sam and the latter's dialogue with his mum. How do you reconcile these differences?
