TONIA
Tonia was just twenty one, and had just finished serving when she lost her dad and her twin sister, Torah in a car accident. This made the majority of her dad's properties to be willed to her, while her mom got the remaining.
Tonia who hadn't been in a relationship before, fell in love with Justin at her best friend's birthday party.
Justin was a man in his late twenties, dark skinned, slim and tall. A lap dance with Tonia set them on love's journey.
Tonia loved Justin so much that she gave him a very large amount of money to set up a business, since he was yet to have a job.
Justin met with Tonia's mom, and looked to tie the knot. But one thing happened, which made Tonia fume. Justin had asked her to will her properties to him, since he'd be the man of the house. Tonia refused and took her stand.
Three days passed, and Justin never called or visited her. A worried Tonia decided to meet with him at his working place. She pleaded and agreed to will all her properties to him.
Tonia informed her Lawyer, and was advised not to take the step. Nevertheless, she did what she wanted, willing properties worth over thirty trillion naira to him.
Just seven weeks to their wedding, Tonia got a call from Justin, asking her to meet him at his place urgently. He stopped her from hugging him when she got there.
"Why? Anything?" Tonia asked with an arched eyebrow.
"Nothing," he said, darting his eyes left and right.
Justin made it clear that he won't be able to marry her again, because his first love had just returned from London.
Tonia thought he was joking. As she chuckled, a plump looking lady on white towel walked out of Justin's room. She picked up from where Justin had stopped, telling her he was hers.
Hot tears welled up Tonia's eyes, she couldn't utter a word. She stared at Justin, but he looked away as Payton sat on his laps.
Tears ran down her face as she saw them kissing. She asked Justin to return to her all her properties, but he laughed it off, and kept on kissing his girl.
Tonia became angry, she couldn't control it. She picked up the nearby flower vase and smashed it on Justin's head. Blood flowed freely as he became unconscious.
That done, anger vanished. Payton pleaded they take him to the hospital. Payton assisted her to move him into her car.
Attended to by the doctor and out of the emergency room, a teary ran up to him and asked about Justin.
"I am sorry, ma'am; he lost his memory. You can see him now, though."
Tears seeped out of her eyes. She ran into the room and looked at him. Fresher tears followed as she held his hands. "Justin, I am sorry." She saw a different Justin smiling.
