VICTORY OVER DEATH
When the sun calls on every easter morn
Joy in abundance blazes in our heart
Of how the saviour averted our supposed mourn
To commemoration of the gift of life he brought
Sing song let's praise the king
His death was unto life and victory
He's risen to shame death off the ring
To change our woeful story and history
Today we celebrate victory over sin and death
And the blessing of life endowed to all that breath
For he has justified us on the cross
Taking all our guilts in its gross
Hossana to king in the highest
He's risen, death can not detest
Mercy traced us to our root
Grace took over from death.
Jesus is risen!
