When I look into your eyes, I see a picture of paradise.

The stars are shining in the sky, painting words of desire.

The night seems dark, other things very far.

But you remain here, right in the bosom of my heart.

The sky, people say is blue,

but you falsify that haunting truth.

Compared to your eyes, the sky's colour pales

when it comes to encounter your gaze.

It happened in my dream, you and the moon sharing a smile.

Gradually, finally and in reality, I caught a narrow glimpse.

Which was what? What was which? I didn't know.

But I realised I had seen a sight better than the rainbow.

Your cheeks blush in different ways

like the colourful lights on Lagos highways.

Your lips lure a man to savour,

to eat them to satisfaction with fervour.

A dew can replace rain for plants.

A curved line could be bent to come slant.

Women make men's hearts stop and start

but none can replace you in my heart.

You are not like the full meal that fills my belly

but every morsel that stirs in my stomach, a merry.

You are enough reason to sing this song,

that you are mine, fully in love.

S4L4:

"...To eat them to satisfaction with fervour."

Avoid ambiguous expressions like this. You can, however, insert a comma between 'satisfaction' and 'with'.
