POETRY
I found you when things weren't going well,
You gave me a voice, and reasons to smile.
You are always with me, behind every lonely wall.
You're like the ocean that never dries.
Because of you, I learnt to observe the world
And see things other people can't.
I can see life in death,
I can see strength in pains.
You made me cry on your lines,
My laughter is best expressed in your arms.
You made the sun smile on my face,
Don't leave me, for you are my true love.
Because of you, I can create,
breathing life into thoughts and ideas.
Even In moments of weakness,
I will still be powerful enough to puff life.
What would become of me without you?
I'd be miserable like a sojourner,
Oblivious of his destination or frustrated
Like an eagle that can't fly.
How helpless would i be?
If I cannnot express.
