VICTORY
Worry not about today,
For tomorrow will be alright.
You have been down for so long
But now is the time to rise again
Bother not what others said about you,
For you have the keys to silence your mockers.
Arise, play your part,
And leave the rest to God.
Wipe away your tears,
For now is the time to start afresh.
Breathe in deeply and exhale loudly.
Wear a confident look and take the first step.
The past is gone,
The present is here.
Rewrite your story,
And make your mark.

When I rise, never if,
For surely I will.
Though I was slain,
Yet will I stand against odds.
In the throes of agony,
Your words resonated in my head,
Like a balm to my soul,
Life pumped in to my heart at the breath of fresh air.
Proudly will I wear my scars,
Only heroes come out of here alive,
How will I give hope to those who come after?
If I don't live to leave worthy mark?
When we came,
They didn't explain it to us well,
But we are here, we will win,
And we will not give in.
