ANSA… for the love of writing
A man born to contribute
To let the world know of his undying love his country
He is ready to fight and make an impact
He does make an impact
The achievements cannot be forgotten
It was created because of the circumstances
Now forgotten and put in a box
No one wants to remember unless needs come for it
History about his achievements is thrown scantily to younger ones
They can't reflect correctly and efficiently on it
But this change has to be changed!
It should be taught well.
Achivements and contributions are not nylon bags that should be thrown in a trash can
History should be held well and made not do without like a man can't do without water.
A man is born and is to remembered for his solid stance in development.
National heroes are created and destroyed by the government, should we revisit our history?
History should be a pointer to the outlook of the future. But when history is written by the gluttons of power and sycophants how dependable would that history be?
Heroes are made in times of adversity, yet we're all human and we wonder what ever happens to these heroes after a time.
I like to remember Moremi, the name that inspires strength and courage even when one feels insignificant.
There would however be no Moremi were the Kingdom of Oyo nonexistent. Heroes and government are force and reaction to each other.
In the destruction of our heroes, I wouldn't like to believe the government is the cause of their destruction, greed perhaps but not the government.
If the government is given credit, it should only be in making heroes especially so by martyrdom.
History should be revisited, but only to learn further.
