Unrefined and bare
Lacking the finesse needed to stun
Shaky hands and stuttering lips
There's so much to be worked on
To what end, you may ask
Is Talent truly worth it?

I believe talent is the bedrock of greatness
You cannot groom what was never existent
Just like gold, it must pass through fire
Process hard; but the end product glorious
Like a phoenix Talent rises
The quest to grow talent births experiences in the youth.

It is not untrue to aver that an innate quality of an individual transcends the ordinary levels of experiences acquired under certain situations or circumstances. Talent is an inborn quality to do things (naturally), while experience or experiences are things from which one is able to learn.

It is, indeed, valid to say that talent precedes experience. How? When one has an innate ability to do things, one creates certain 'experiences' from which others can learn. For instance, a man who is talented in playing the piano could show his dexterity to arouse others' interest. Talent brings about intrigues—experiences!
