There have been numerous arguments as to whether technology has done more harm than good. For the good sides, there are indeed a handful of points to justify its existence.
However, turning to the negative sides, we see that technology actually has its flaws; one of which is the seclusion it has given to individuals who are deeply knotted to its agents.
With the invention of devices like phones and laptops, gone are the days when people come together to rejoice or cluster to weep. Everything is moving drastically to the online sphere, creating a world where people are too lazy to relate with their fellow men. They now choose to turn inwards and lock themselves up with their devices, drowning in them.
Though many thinks these devices are effective for communication, they are silent killers of socialization. Technology indeed, promotes seclusion and encourages man to lock up to his personal space and dwell on his devices rather than opening up to others.
Technology is the application of knowledge for practical purposes. Technology has been useful in the 21st century; it poises a development in the society.
Firstly, the use of technology doesn't make one isolated or alone in the society but rather make us enlighten. During the olden days, our fore father wasn't able to communicate with a person living in a far distance, with the use of phone, satelite and other means of communication,we don't feel alone, as we can communicate with our loved ones living overseas.
Lastly, technology create a sense of belonging in the society , the use of technology in the office, school etc connects us with one another.
