Under the umbrella of hopes,
I stand to uncoil my ropes,
The sky above is wide and endless,
On a ground so tight and strong,giving me life to rejoice,
With collection of my precious desires,lies an unknown choice.
Behind the warmth of my smile,
There's a depth in the hollows down the aisle,
The way seems empty and wide,
They say Joy comes at dawn,
But I'm here all alone and forlorn.
There's no one to catch the fall,
Winds that whisper through the wall,
I only can see the time of definite attempt,
Neither makes nor breaks the sense,
All the tame and wild ones out of the fence.
I look up to the sky behind these castle walls,
Empty rooms and bare halls,
Wishing answers could seep out of the blue,
Sitting on stacks of unabridged hopes,
How much longer before my expectations slopes.
With my efforts running down the lane,
My thoughts becoming more curious and wane,
I may or may not be enough for anybody,
Deep breath is the indicator of the shun,
Only my believe withstand the empty run.
When the days turn dark and nights darker,
And the ocean tides get wilder,
I stand on a pier of hopes,
Sheltered by a cloud of expectations,
Would anyone see the weakness behind my cheery expressions.
