NUMB FEELINGS
I thought;
I've got a heart to love
A time to feel, but
all my feelings are strayed in the air.
I checked my heart,
Does it still pumps?
I stared at time,
Does it wait still?
Nay, they fear of regret.
I'm drained, I'm filtered,
Left behind me now
is a past,
Filled with remorse and regret.
Taking my very last ounce
of trust,
To receive back my feelings,
But, all futile and void.
Then I asked myself;could this be infatuation?
I am done loving,
I am done expressing my true feelings,
Leaving nothing but pains and agony.
Alas, I have drawn the curtain
Leaving love behind
Locking it up in the darkest room
Let it feel my pain there,
As I sneak from it, run far away
and never to know love again.
This give birth to my Numb feelings.
