On a map of desolation as crow flies,
A broken compass showing the way,
A damsel with glowing eyes,
Just sauntering along the bay,
Her perfect gait swerving my fancy,
My distorted speech just found it's fluency.
I heaved a sigh of unrest,
As my eyes trailed her pleasant legs,
Climbing their ways to her lyrical hips,
And an engagement happened between my tongue and lips,
I had a thought cooked in my heart subconsciously,
Perhaps this was the queen of beauty mum told in her stories.
Intertwined between the sheets of our love,
Losing consciousness on what's mine or not,
on uncharted waters did I surf,
gliding till the uncharted dawns hot,
With euphoria of an enchanted song,
My fantasy was all long .
For nature's sake, I wouldn't bother the earth for you,
But would dare it to own you.
Wield the sword for your rightful possession,
Rivalling the sheer power of the historic Poseidon.
For even the flicker your gaze emanate,
Will take one peacefully to utopia's coveted gate.
I'll capture Hades from his asylum,
There's a flicker in the slum,
Be it the brute of a scum or wits of gollum,
I'll take Medusa's head round the dorms,
You lit the candle of my love,
You placed my heart on a curve.
If this Love be a tempestuous ocean, let me slalom in it.
If this love be thunderstorm, let me be beaten by it.
If this be rum, let me be intoxicated.
If this love be a spell, let me be enchanted.
For these wonders you bear,
Will bring smile on the face of the earth .
