TEACHER-STUDENT RELATIONSHIP AND EDUCATION!

As we all know Teachers play a vital role in Nation building and prosperous future. Teachers are the second most influential personality and institution to every child after their mother.

GREAT TEACHERS BUILD A GREAT NATION!

Now here's an example which explains teacher-student relationship beautifully in its way as, "Teachers are the Path and students must enter by themselves ."

The above example elaborates that Teachers are just way of opening the door for infinite opportunities and huge success if we follow that path so the decency is in getting maximum out of it with one's own capabilities and self-believes. It is just the right path to follow with little baby steps to a hugely successful person standing tall and high with the achievements. You can't just wait for the door to be opened rather than seeking every possible way and mean to utilize the precious door opportunities and treasure of success ahead waiting for you to burst the world with flying colors.

On the other hand, Teachers should give individual attention and should work with empathy as it provides such a positive and content feeling to every student which may help every student a lot in their learning progress and hidden abilities. A student-centered and friendly environment should be preferred for healthy learning and quick understanding. Favoritism should completely be eliminated from an education system as it creates a sense of inferiority complex and discomfort. It promotes the concept of rationalization.

Teachers should be as a Tree of motivation bearing numerous fruits of knowledge and empathy so that no child is left hungry or empty out of success and infinite progress lies in the future. Teachers should train their students as an army of hugely talented individuals ready to serve their nation with dignity and loyalty.
