Santa: hunger has exhausted me. Leave me alone and hunt for yourself, Vijay.
Vijay: (shivering all over his body) No mom!, I won't leave you mother, I will get you some food to eat. (He was getting up) wait for me, mom. I'll be back soon!
He rushed to the main road in a traffic, seeking for arm, he got closed to a man in his black tinted glasses vehicle and plead.
Vijay: Sir! Sir! Sir! Give me some bread for my mother, She has nothing to eat. Else She'll die. Please assist me bring my mother back alive, I'll always be indebted to you!
The man seemed deaf, not even giving a glance at vijay. He left for a woman, who's also in a luxury car.
Vijay: (knocked) Auntie! Please give me some food for my mother. Please! It's a matter of her life. Auntie!
The woman felt disturbed she had no option than to hit vijay the car door, not to get the body of the car stained.
Vijay ran down back to a street not quite far from theirs, knocking from one door to another, going from one house to another. Nobody care to listen to his poor anthem that went thus; "please! Open the door! Please save me from becoming an orphan. I have no one except my mother. For God's sake, give me some bread. Or else, my mom will die!".
Fortunately he got to a place. He knocked as usual and pulled the gate open.
Vijay: is anyone here?
He stepped in to the access point then sighted a man, Tasleem. Squeezing a loaf of bread with his mere hand. Vijay was breathing heavily due to the stress he's passed through. He was looking at the bread with a determination of getting it. Infront of Tasleem, two army dogs knelt down, facing the gate and flaunting their tongues. Tasleem flew the loaf as the dogs rushed, Vijay also ran towards it. but a dog got it among the two dogs. Vijay struggled to fight the dogs just to get the loaf and after he succeeded, he ran out of the compound while the dogs chased him toughly to take back the loaf from him.
He escaped and got himself into their room and got the door locked from behind. He was breathing and sweating profusely whilst the dogs continue barking behind the door. He got closed to his mother.
Vijay: look, mom! I've gotten a food for you!
(He moved closer to her, on getting by her side, he knelt down tapping her). I have brought food for you! Have it, mom! You will be strong and will be able to walk again. (He couldn't hear her sounding anymore) mom? What happened to you? (He tapped to wake her) Mom! Mom? Mom?
He kept calling her until he noticed that she's no more, he started crying. Tasleem showed up behind Vijay, he has traced him through his dogs. as Vijay kept crying asking his mom.
Vijay: what happened to you mom? You can't leave me all alone my dear mother.
Tasleem held Vijay at his back softly, saying.
Tasleem: Son, your cries won't bring back the dead. Wipe your tears. You have learnt the last lesson of hardship in your life. Those who beg, are kicked by people and the same people wag their tails before those grab! I am Tasleem. Tasleem helps those who write their own destiny. Take my hand; come with me. Come, son. Come with me.
Vijay had no choice but raised his head from his mother in the bed and took Tasleem's hand, they both departed to Tasleem Factory.
