The National Library (Kogi State branch) in partnership with Association of Nigerian Student Authors (ANSA) hosted the Readership Promotion Campaign, themed: “Reading as a Panacea for Social Problems” on 27th September, 2022 by 10am at Crowther Memorial College, Lokoja, Kogi State.
It was an informative gathering of youths and students, in a bid to enhance the reading culture amongst Nigerians. 
There were reading competitions and a spelling bee amongst students organized by ANSA. The winners were awarded with books and all invited schools were given book donations to be added to their school library.
